E-File Magic uses SQL Express 2005 as it's database backend. You cannot install SQL Express 2005 on a compressed drive. You will need to select an alternate drive to install the software onto, or uncompress your drive. You can uncompress your drive by right clicking on the drive icon in 'My Computer' and clicking on the compression tab.
