SCMB, LLC and E-File Magic takes your privacy and protection of all data very seriously. It is our focus to secure all data with the latest technology available. We do not share any information with any third party except for remittance of your e-file data to the IRS via SCMB, LLC's Transmitter Control Code, and with our elected print/mail processing company. At no point will your information be sold, given, released, or otherwise provided to any company in a manner inconsitent with the requirements necessary to provide you with the service(s) you requested SCMB, LLC to provide, or where necessary to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Only authorized employees of SCMB, LLC have access to your information on our servers.

E-File Magic's software application needs to be installed on you or your clients computer system. All data imported/entered into the E-File Magic software remains on you or your client's PC in the application specified directory, even after submitting the relevant data to our servers for processing. It is you or your clients responsibility to secure this data.
